NB. My teaching experience, and hence the focus of my workshops, is on primary-aged students. Most of my experience with interactive whiteboards has been with Promethean ACTIVboards although many activities and ideas will work on any IWB.

About Me

I am currently an ICT facilitator and educational consultant. Prior to that I was Deputy Principal of Opoutere School for 10 years and have been a primary teacher for over 20 years.

I was a Ministry of Education

e-fellow in 2006 and am currently a CORE e-fellow.

I was voted Microsoft New Zealand Innovative Teacher of the year in 2007 after presenting at the Asia-Pacific Innovative Teachers Conference.

I hold a

PGDip. in Education (Educational Leadership) and a

PGCert. in Technology in Education

I have presented at numerous conferences including ULearn  Learning@schools  and TUANZ.
